The listing shows the last 100 pages updated, sorted in descending order by the ```document last updated``` property. - Hashtag-based searching was added to the KB search capabilities, located in the top-left, below the Vertisan logo. There are 300+ unique existing hashtags within the knowledgebase, so this is a major usability improvement. You can see hashtags on every single page, at the bottom of the page, under the heading "Relevant Search Tags". There are also hashtags nested within page content as appropriate. - A breadcrumb trail was created, which exists at the top of documentation pages, above the page title. The breadcrumb trail was added to 36 existing knowledgebase pages, but every new page will have a breadcrumb trail by default. Slowly, the remaining 505 documentation pages will be retrofit with the breadcrumb trail. - "Page Previews" were added to breadcrumb links. When you hover over a breadcrumb item, a preview of the destination page appears in a - A technique was discovered and implemented to enable intermediate links for 'folders' listed in the breadcrumb trail, which don't have a dedicated page. The technique reroutes the 'nonexistent links' to the most likely match within the folder. - Item spacing was increased in ```blockquotes``` for better readability - Text justification was added for longer paragraphs - Full resolution image zooming was added by way of JavaScript and CSS. A sample page demonstrating the feature was created at the [[Image Zoom Sample]] page. - Open Graph Metadata[^1] was added extensively to existing KB pages. All newly added pages will include the metadata for more informative link sharing in messaging apps. - Colors for document headings ```h1, h2, h3, h4, h5, h6``` have been tweaked for better visibility in both dark and light themes. - User-visible document properties have been added to the bottom of KB pages. The ```document date created``` timestamp is automated and ```document last updated``` timestamp requires manual triggering. - A clickable ```interactive graph``` was added to the right side of KB pages when the browser window is large enough to display it alongside page content. - A clickable ```page table of contents``` was added to the right side of KB pages when the browser window is large enough to display it alongside page content. - I wrote an Obsidian plugin using JavaScript[^2] that inserts timestamps into existing KB documents - CSS visual styling was improved for ```code``` tags. - Dozens of ```permalinks``` were added to provide anchored, non-redirected, unique page URLs. Those pages are a modification of ```aliases```, which redirect alias URLs to their actual page. - The ```italic``` text color was updated because it was conflicting with headings; more clear distinction was required. - Page ```footnotes``` have been revised and cleaned up, to provide a seamless into the existing website design. As such, ```footnotes``` are starting to appear extensively on content pages. - The navigation structure for both top level folders and content pages has been further optimized. Content is not strictly in alphabetical order. Introductions and overviews now appear as the first item in their navigation group. - Some fairly stunning imagery was created for the open graph metadata default preview image. It's tight. ### More Updates #### Vertisan Documentation - 75 aliases were added to make URL sharing easier. For example, [vertisan.tech/latest-updates](https://vertisan.tech/latest-updates) - Custom sorting of overview pages was applied to ensure overviews and introductions appear at the top of each category. - The logo on the [vertisan.tech](https://vertisan.tech) site has been updated to show Vertisan, because that is the correct umbrella for the knowledgebase content. - A section was stubbed out for developer documentation, including entities, lists, inheritance, developer tokens, and access to APIs. - Support was added for the Vertisan Glyphs Font, which allows unique Vertisan glyphs to be inserted into the documentation. #### Fractal Core - The data model has been expanded to include the implementation of Nested NFTs, Coupled NFTs, Hidden NFTs - The Ghost Protocol has been completed #### F5 Core - The F5 Core v1.1.314e is live in production and feature-complete after more than one year of testing. That includes updates to 55+ card designs, card programming, and complete systems integration with Nebula and Fractal. - The back-end tools for card encoding have been updated and improved ### Q4.1 2025 #### Interacting with Satoshi - Satoshi has effectively returned to the shadows and will not engage with the community at large anymore. - He will continue to work tirelessly as he has done for decades, but he will do so in private. His commitment is unfettered. He will post occasional video content as he sees fit, and post written status updates, but otherwise will not engage whatsoever. - Satoshi attempted to interact in an open and genuine manner with members of the Telegram community. He enjoyed connecting on a more personal level, instead of being a silent dark figure in the shadows as before, but that enjoyment has been poisoned by the psychotic actions from a handful of individuals. - The development process for Vertisan DeFi, or anything on such a grand scale, takes many years to build and deploy. Satoshi is more than 12 years into this journey, but still has many more years of work to fully materialize his vision. There are many individuals who wrongfully think of Vertisan as some crypto day trade and don't understand the process of software development, dealing with unknown obstacles, and shifting priorities. Those individuals with their bloated expectations, unrealistic demands, and hateful speech have soured Satoshi on the idea of any interaction with the community. #### Telegram Community - Due to physical threats upon Telegram groups admins and their families, major restructuring of the Telegram community is underway. In addition to simply moderating groups, the admins previously assisted individuals with swap orders and other technical questions. Unfortunately, that support will not be available for the foreseeable future. The admins have been dismissed from their responsibilities in all Telegram groups. - A new Telegram channel was created, with the link https://t.me/vertisan_tech_updates. That channel will be the sole location where Satoshi will post minor status updates, notifications about live streams, and other real-time notifications. A Telegram channel is broadcast-only, meaning it's purely one-way communication and no responses or replies are allowed. This channel is the ONE-AND-ONLY OFFICIAL CHANNEL for receiving updates. - Historical posts on the [@vtsn_crypto](https://t.me/vtsn_crypto) group have been scrubbed. The entire history has been sanitized instead of deleting the group entirely. If the group was deleted, then some nefarious individuals could create a new group with the same handle and potentially mislead users. That deleted an enormous library of knowledge for new users, but the known bad actors are to blame for necessary drastic measures. - The [Vertisan Chat Lounge](https://t.me/vtsn_chat) group will remain active unless it becomes a swamp instead of a family. #### YouTube Channel - The YouTube channel [@Vertisan](https://youtube.com/vertisan) has more than 340,000 subscribers now. That is an increase of more than 100,000 new subscribers in the last 30 days alone.
