# The Business of Fractal <span style="color: red;">(this section is a work in progress)</span> ## Business Overview ## Revenue Model ## Ownership The term “Fractal” is used to describe both the Fractal Technology and Fractal the Business. Ownership of the business entity that sells and licenses the Fractal Technology is being offered. ### Tokenized Equity In a similar fashion to how corporate stocks are named, the Fractal Tokens are of the following four types: #### Common Equity Tokens Similar to a common stock, it is the standard token offered openly to the public. It forms the majority of the tokens offered and has no special rights or capabilities. #### Preferred Equity Tokens Similar to a preferred stock, these tokens have “preferred” attributes. For example, one attribute is similar to the “first in, first out” idea, which ensures the tokens always have priority placement and exposure for trading purposes. Also, the Preferred Tokens have unalienable rights that provide a greater degree of control compared to Common. Preferred Tokens can ONLY BE ACQUIRED DURING THE PRIVATE PRE-SALE PERIOD. After that period concludes, then no additional Preferred Tokens are possible under any circumstances. Preferred Equity Tokens also carry Dark Energy, which yields multiple valuable benefits. For example, Preferred Equity Tokens receive a 25% greater dividend compared to Common Equity Tokens. Also, the tokens always appear first in market listings and have preference. The idea of first-in first-out continues in perpetuity for Preferred Equity Tokens. Preferred will always have a greater return and greater value in the marketplace compared to Common. #### Protected Equity Tokens These tokens are reserved exclusively for the Fractal corporate officers and constitute 23M of the total equity tokens. Protected Equity Tokens cannot be bought or sold. They are permanent and never dilute. They can be bequeathed, and they can be gifted with unanimous approval by the other Protected Tokens holders. #### Anonymous Bearer Tokens (coming) ### Cost and Supply There is a total supply of 100M equity tokens. That is a fixed supply that will never change.
